- Or NJTP South: Burlington---Mount Holly exit #5
- Route 541 south toward Mount Holly to first traffic light past Woodlane Road
- Turn right on Mount Holly Bypass (Route 541) at Burger King
- Go to second traffic light (Marne Highway/County Road 537)
- Turn right onto Marne Highway/County Road 537
- St. Paul's is ¼ mile on left across from the LukOil gas station (parking lot entrance is before the church, look for the sign)
From the South (Route 206) - State Route 206 north to traffic light at Route 530 (Is also State Route 38)---Vincentown diner is diagonally on the left
- Left (west) on Route 530/Route 38 for 4 miles
- Turn right on Route 541 at Valero gas station
- Go to first traffic light
- Turn left on Marne Highway/County Road 537

From the Southwest (Moorestown) - Route 295 north to State Route 38, Moorestown, Mt. Holly Road
- East on Route 38 approximately 7 miles to Route 541 right jug handle
- Cross 38 to the left going north on County Road 541 to first traffic light

From the West (Route 130, Willingboro) - East on Beverly-Rancocas---Mount Holly Road (County Road 626) to traffic light at Mount Holly Bypass (Route 541)
